Strada Armenească Festival
The Strada Armenească Festival reaches its 10th edition and once again transforms the Botanical Garden into a place of music, dance, gastronomy, and cultural encounters. Over three days, artists from Romania and Armenia take the stage in a programme that brings together Anna Kostanyan & Davit Melkonyan Quartet, Mădălina Pavăl Orchestra, Subcarpați, Paulina, Bosquito, and many others.

Last Days: Romanian Art Collecting 1948–1989
The exhibition dedicated to Romanian art collecting can still be visited until Sunday. Works from the collections of 25 collectors illustrate the essential role that their passion and involvement played in preserving and passing on Romania's artistic heritage during the communist regime.

A Journey through the "Museum of Museums" Exhibition
"Muzeul Muzeelor" presents over 100 pieces selected from the heritage of 20 museum institutions from across the country and from the permanent collections of the National Museum of Art of Romania. On Friday, the exhibition can be explored through a guided tour of the stories and works brought together in this project.

Rodica Maniu: Watercolour. A Tour de Force in Modern Feminine Art
The new exhibition at the Cotroceni National Museum offers an encounter with the work of Rodica Maniu, one of the remarkable artists of the first half of the 20th century. On display are travel studies made en plein air, seascapes, interior scenes, and rural settings from Dobrogea, Oltenia, Balchik, Italy, Brittany, and Corsica, alongside a contemporary installation inspired by the artist's work.

The Summer Sky at the Astronomical Observatory
The "Admiral Vasile Urseanu" Astronomical Observatory is one of the finest stops for a summer evening. The only astronomical observatory in Bucharest open to the public operates in a building shaped like a yacht and hosts the permanent exhibition "Discovering the Universe Together". This astronomical week, Venus can be seen at sunset, Saturn rises at midnight, and Mars after 2:30 AM.

Muscel Comes to Us
For the first time, part of the heritage of the Câmpulung Municipal Museum is presented at the National Museum of the Romanian Peasant. The exhibition brings together 80 garments from the late 19th and early 20th centuries and invites the public to discover the cut, colours, decorative motifs, and techniques specific to the Muscel folk costume.

Unboxing Brâncuși: Poetry
As part of the "Unboxing Brâncuși" programme, MARe invites the public to an evening dedicated to contemporary poetry inspired by the work of Constantin Brâncuși. Ana-Maria Anania, Mihai Manole, and Dinu Pamfil will read on the museum terrace, and before the readings the exhibitions "Photographs by Constantin Brâncuși" and "Bernard Frize" can be visited free of charge.

Tomato and Biodiversity Festival
The Village Museum hosts a new edition of the Tomato and Biodiversity Festival, an event for enthusiasts of gardening and sustainable agriculture. The programme includes an exhibition of dozens of tomato varieties, seed swaps, local products, culinary demonstrations, and meetings with specialists and growers committed to preserving biodiversity.

White Night at MINA
MINA opens a new cultural season with an evening event dedicated to immersive art. Alongside "Van Gogh, The Immersive Show" and "Gustav Klimt. The Immersive Show", the programme includes a DJ set, projections on the building's facade, and an outdoor area for relaxation and socialising.

Guided Tour: USA – Romania. History, Diplomacy and the Road to Democracy
The guided tour offers a perspective on relations between Romania and the United States, from Romanian-born volunteers in the American Civil War and diplomacy during the reign of King Carol I, to American Red Cross support in the First World War and Queen Maria's visit to the United States.

Nadia Comăneci – The Road to Perfection
Fifty years after the first perfect "10" in the history of Olympic gymnastics, the National Archives of Romania dedicates an exhibition to one of the most important moments in Romanian sporting history. Photographs, documents, and heritage objects trace Nadia Comăneci's journey and the story of a feat that has become part of collective memory.

Map of Sounds
Starting from a story about sounds, noise, and being different, children will explore how sounds act on the body, emotions, and thoughts. At the end, each participant will create their own map of good sounds to return to whenever surrounded by too much noise.
